The Female Catalyst (TFC) was created to address a gap too many women in STEM experience: isolation at the top, limited access to mentorship, and few spaces that blend ambition with authenticity.

We exist to bring women together: across industries, career stages, and backgrounds to build real relationships, expand opportunity, and catalyze growth.

As TFC continues to evolve, we are excited to lead the next chapter with renewed focus and clarity.

Supporting women in STEM, but will now expand with deeper programming, more intentional events, and an even stronger emphasis on mentorship, professional growth, and personal development.
